Hero's Forge: Boss' Weapon

- Boss' weapons can be crafted with a certain chance through the Special Craft → Events and Offers → Hero's Forge.
- Daily craft limit: 20 pcs. per item (per account).
- When failing an attempt to craft a Boss' weapon, you will receive Boss' Weapon Fragment (Time-limited)(Sealed).
- Boss' Weapon Fragment (Time-limited)(Sealed) can be exchanged for Boss' weapons (Sealed) and Random Boss' Weapon Pack (Time-limited)(Sealed) through the Game Assistant → Events and Offers → Hero's Forge: Boss' Weapon: Exchange Boss' Weapon Fragment.

Special Craft: Spellbook Coupons
- Spellbook Coupons can be crafted with a certain chance through the Special Craft → Spellbooks → Spellbook Coupons.
- Available items: Spellbook Coupon - 1 Star (Sealed), Spellbook Coupon - 2 Stars (Sealed) and Spellbook Coupon - 3 Stars (Sealed).
- Spellbook Coupons can be exchanged for Spellbooks (Sealed) through the Game Assistant → Items.

Changes:
- Adventurer's Welcome Kit has been renewed in the L-Store.
- A fix has been applied regarding p_percent_attack (applicable to several skills such as Mechanical Masterpiece, Knight's Help, some of Death Knight AOE skills, Stun Gauntlet's trigger skill, etc) and it's relation with elemental damage.
- Hell AOE range has been corrected (should be 300 and not 400). Lunatic Crusher AOE range has been corrected (should be 250 and not 300).
- Condemnation AOE range has been corrected (should be 300 and not 400).
- Hellfire, Burning Field, Frozen Field, Lightning Storm AOE range has been reduced from 400 to 300. Target limit has been increased (critical removal is maintained).
- Meteor's target limit has been increased.
- Soul Hound's PvP Physical Skill damage bonus reduction (-20%) has been reduced to -10%, and PvP Magical Skill damage bonus reduction (-10%) has been removed.
- Human Death Knight and Elf Death Knight's PvP Physical Skill damage bonus reduction (-10%) has been removed.
- An issue with Female Maestros missing some skills while using the Mechanical Hero transformation has been fixed.
- During this period, monsters will have a chance to drop Enchant Kit: Talisman of Authority, replacing the previous item, Agathion Spirit Exchange Coupon. The amount of obtainable items per day will be increased by 100% from it's original value.
